Built on the maneuverable ISUZU KV700/700P 4x2 medium-duty commercial chassis (approx. 11,000–14,000 kg GVW) powered by the dependable 190–205 HP 4HK1-TC51 turbocharged common-rail diesel engine, this emergency vehicle carries a 6,000-liter dual-compartment tank (4,500L water + 1,500L foam) crafted from 4mm corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel. Driven by a full-power sandwich PTO, the mid/rear-mounted CB10/40 centrifugal fire pump delivers 40 L/s at 1.0 MPa, feeding a roof-mounted PL32/PL40 manual/electric water-foam monitor with a 55-meter projection range to extinguish logistics fires quickly before structural damage spreads.
