ISUZU GIGA 18000L Fire Truck for Refineries
Engineered for industrial petrochemical refineries, oil storage terminals, and chemical processing complexes facing high-risk hydrocarbon fire hazards, the ISUZU GIGA 18000L Fire Truck delivers formidable heavy suppression and foam blanket capabilities. Mounted on the rugged ISUZU GIGA 6x4 heavy commercial platform (approx. 25,000–33,000 kg GVW) driven by the high-torque 380–420 HP 6WG1/6UZ1 turbocharged intercooled common-rail diesel engine, this emergency tender features an 18,000-liter combined tank (15,000L water + 3,000L foam) constructed from 5mm anti-corrosive 304 stainless steel or epoxy-lined carbon steel. Powered by a heavy-duty sandwich PTO, its rear-mounted CB10/80 dual-stage centrifugal fire pump produces 80 L/s flow rate at 1.0 MPa, feeding a roof-mounted electric PL64 remote-controlled water/foam monitor with a sweeping 70-meter throwing range to extinguish large-scale industrial blaze zones safely.

To guarantee rapid deployment during refinery chemical emergencies, the vehicle integrates an automatic positive-pressure foam proportioning system (adjustable 1% to 6%) compatible with AFFF and fluoroprotein foams. Its anodized aluminum equipment compartments feature weather-tight roller shutter doors, pull-out heavy tool trays, and a pneumatic telescopic LED mast light delivering 4x500W illumination with 360° pan-tilt coverage. Operators control pump engagement and monitor elevation via in-cab CAN-bus touchscreens, a rear pump-room panel, and wireless industrial radio remotes up to 150m. We offer specialized industrial fire brigade packages, including dry chemical powder units, underbody cooling deluge nozzles, explosion-proof thermal imaging cameras, and custom refinery livery.
