ISUZU FTR 10000L Foam Truck for Airport Depots
Engineered for aviation fuel storage depots, regional airport ramps, and large aircraft maintenance hangar complexes managing high-octane flammable aviation fuels, the ISUZU FTR 10000L Foam Truck delivers aggressive Class B fire knockdown. Built on the heavy-duty ISUZU FTR/FVR 4x2 commercial chassis (approx. 16,000–18,000 kg GVW) powered by the high-torque 240 HP 6HK1 turbocharged intercooled common-rail diesel engine, this emergency vehicle features a 10,000-liter combined tank (8,000L water + 2,000L foam) constructed from 4.5mm 304 stainless steel and epoxy-lined steel. Driven by a full-power sandwich PTO, its rear-mounted CB10/50 centrifugal fire pump generates 50 L/s at 1.0 MPa, supplying a roof-mounted PL40/PL48 dual water-foam monitor with a 60-meter water throwing range and 55-meter foam projection to blanket jet fuel spills swiftly.

To guarantee rapid chemical firefighting coverage during airport ramp emergencies, the truck incorporates an automatic balanced-pressure foam proportioner (3% and 6% ratios) compatible with AFFF and fluorine-free aviation foams. Anodized aluminum lockers with weather-sealed roller shutters store HazMat protective suits, foam branchpipes, and hydraulic cutting tools. A roof-mounted pneumatic telescopic mast light provides 4x300W LED broad-spectrum ramp illumination. Operators can control pump pressure and monitor direction from the rear pump room or an in-cab touchscreen interface. We offer dedicated aviation fleet options, including auxiliary dry powder fire units, under-chassis deluge nozzles, thermal imaging targeting cameras, and civil aviation reflective livery.
