ISUZU 8CBM Compactor Truck for City Districts
Engineered for residential community management, commercial market centers, and urban municipal sanitation routes, the ISUZU 8CBM Rear-Loading Compactor Garbage Truck combines nimble street agility with high-volume payload efficiency. Built on the proven ISUZU 4x2 light-medium commercial chassis (approx. 9,500–11,000 kg GVW) powered by a high-torque 130–190 HP turbocharged common-rail diesel engine, this refuse vehicle features an aerodynamic 8m³ seamless curved compactor body formed from high-tensile Q345/NM450 wear-resistant steel plate. Its heavy-duty bi-directional hydraulic packer and sliding scraper mechanism generate over 16 MPa compaction force, delivering an aggressive 1:2.5 compression ratio with a rapid 25-second cycle time to crush bulky domestic waste and commercial packaging into dense, easily manageable payloads.

To ensure clean and continuous curbside collections, the compactor is fitted with a reinforced universal rear bin lifter accommodating standard 120L, 240L, and 660L plastic and galvanized waste containers with pneumatic anti-drop locks. Dual high-capacity underfloor and hopper leachate collection tanks with silicone sealing gaskets and quick-release discharge valves prevent foul liquid dripping during transit. Operations are managed via an in-cab CAN-bus electronic console, dual waterproof rear manual levers, and multi-point emergency stops, supported by an infrared rearview camera. We offer extensive fleet customizations, including rear skip bucket hoists, high-pressure hopper cleanout systems, custom municipal reflective livery, and automated weighing scales.
