Built on the ISUZU 100P double cab 4x2 commercial chassis (approx. 4,500–6,000 kg GVW) accommodating 5–6 maintenance workers and powered by the fuel-efficient 98–110 HP 4KH1 turbocharged diesel engine, this versatile carrier integrates a lightweight high-strength articulated hook arm assembly. Operating at 16 MPa hydraulic pressure, the system delivers 2,000 kg (4,400 lbs) of rated hoist capacity with an ultra-fast 25-second loading cycle and a 48° tipping angle, enabling maintenance squads to deploy rapidly with landscaping tools while hauling 3m³ to 4m³ debris containers.

Dual control is provided via an in-cab electric switch module and exterior weatherproof manual hydraulic levers.
