Built for high-volume wastewater transport, industrial effluent transfer, and sewage treatment plant disposal, the ISUZU 12000L Sludge Vacuum Truck provides heavy-duty suction and fast offloading of dense slurries. Mounted on the reinforced ISUZU FTR/FVR 4x2 commercial chassis powered by a robust 6HK1 turbo diesel engine, the 12,000-liter (approx. 3,170-gallon) cylindrical carbon steel tank is engineered to withstand extreme negative vacuum pressures without structural distortion. A heavy-duty PTO-driven vacuum pump delivers deep lift capability to extract viscous municipal sludge, grease trap waste, and chemical sediment from subterranean retention ponds and pumping stations.

To eliminate manual clean-out of heavy compacted sludge, this vacuum tanker features a full-opening hydraulic clamshell rear tailgate and dual front telescopic hydraulic tipping cylinders that elevate the tank to a steep 45-degree dumping angle. The system is protected by dual safety overflow cut-off valves, an oil-gas separator, and a sight-glass level indicator for safe monitoring during loading cycles. We provide tailored engineering options such as 304/316L stainless steel or epoxy-lined tank shells for corrosive industrial effluents, hydraulic rear hose guide booms, auxiliary pressure-washdown pumps, and custom chassis wheelbase adaptations.
