Built on the nimble ISUZU ELF 600P/700P 4x2 commercial chassis (approx. 9,500–11,000 kg GVW) featuring a tight turning circle and the fuel-efficient 130–150 HP 4KH1 turbocharged diesel engine, this carrier houses a 10m³ seamless curved compactor body formed from 4.5mm Q345/NM450 wear-resistant steel plate. Its rapid bi-directional hydraulic compaction mechanism completes full packing cycles in under 20 seconds at a 1:2.5 compression ratio, densifying 5–6 metric tons of mixed commercial and restaurant waste to keep city thoroughfares clean during peak daytime hours.

To accelerate street curb collections, the compactor is fitted with a low loading lip hopper and a versatile rear hydraulic bin lifter accommodating standard 120L, 240L, and 660L plastic waste containers with automatic self-locking latches. Dual sub-floor leachate collection tanks with silicone sealing gaskets and quick-discharge valves prevent liquid dripping on pedestrian pavements. Operated via an in-cab CAN-bus push-button console and bilateral rear waterproof mechanical levers with multi-point emergency stops, the vehicle is customizable with high-pressure pavement washdown hose reels, rooftop LED warning beacon bars, municipal reflective livery, and reversing video monitoring.
