ISUZU FVR 45m Manlift for High-Rise Facade Crews
Engineered for skyscraper glass facade installation contractors, high-rise exterior building maintenance crews, and utility-scale wind turbine inspection brigades, the ISUZU FVR 45m Manlift delivers premier high-altitude stability and massive working envelope coverage. Built on the heavy-duty ISUZU FVR 4x2 commercial chassis (approx. 18,000–22,000 kg GVW) powered by the muscular 240–300 HP 6HK1 turbocharged intercooled common-rail diesel engine, this carrier integrates a 7-section high-tensile BS960 alloy steel synchronous telescopic boom with an articulating fly jib. Driven by a dedicated heavy-duty sandwich PTO and electro-hydraulic proportional CAN-bus control system, the heavy-duty work platform achieves a 45-meter maximum working height, 24-meter horizontal outreach, and an expansive 400 kg load capacity (supporting 3–4 workers plus glass panels and equipment) with 360° continuous rotation to service massive high-rise architectural facades smoothly.

Factory Display
To guarantee total structural stability during high-altitude exterior glazing operations, the vehicle features wide-span two-stage H-type hydraulic outriggers with real-time pressure sensors, automatic laser leveling, and soft-ground support plates. A dual-computer CAN-bus safety system constantly monitors boom length, angle, and moment load to enforce absolute anti-rollover protection. Operators control boom motion with micro-speed precision using dual proportional joysticks in the platform or a wireless industrial ground station. Standard apparatus includes a Honda emergency auxiliary hydraulic power unit, ultrasonic collision avoidance sensors around the basket, and wind anemometers. We offer dedicated high-rise fleet options, including hydraulic glass suction frame attachments, 400kg auxiliary material hoists, high-pressure water cleaning hose reels, and custom commercial fleet livery.
